Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Our standard cancellation policy
Private Fathers Grieving Together sessions are currently:

If you cancel at least 2 business days before your appointment, we will normally provide a full refund.
You may also reschedule your appointment, subject to availability.

2. Late cancellations
Where a cancellation is made less than 2 business days before the appointment, the session fee may be non-refundable because the time has been reserved specifically for you and may not be possible to offer to another person at short notice.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
3. Missed appointments
If you do not attend your session and have not contacted us beforehand, the session will normally be treated as used and the fee will not normally be refunded.
Exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion.
4. Rescheduling
Where reasonable notice is given, you may reschedule your appointment subject to availability.
Repeated rescheduling may be limited where it prevents us from making appointment times available to other people.
5. If we cancel
If we need to cancel your appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund.
6. Your statutory right to cancel an online service contract
Where you book a service online, UK consumer law may give you a statutory 14-day cancellation period.
For service contracts, this period generally begins when the contract is entered into.
If your appointment is scheduled to take place within that 14-day period and you ask us to provide the service before the cancellation period has ended, you may be asked to confirm that you want the service to begin during that period.
If a service has been fully performed within the cancellation period following the required request and acknowledgements, your statutory right to cancel may be affected.
7. Refund processing
Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
Refunds are processed as soon as reasonably possible, but the time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on Stripe, your card provider or your bank.
